State Agency Spending Search
Performing a search to obtain spending information, broken down by spending category, for individual state agencies is easy to do.
- Simply select an agency from the drop down list,
- Select the time period you wish to view from the drop down list, and
- Hit the 'Search' button to begin your search
Spending information for all State Agencies and Public Authorities, broken down by individual state agencies can be performed by:
- Simply select 'All Agencies' from the drop down list,
- Select the time period you wish to view from the drop down list, and
- Hit the 'Search' button to begin your search
All State Agency Spending by Category Search
Once you have used the State Agency Spending search, you may want to obtain spending information by the category of spending rather then a single agency. By using this search, you can obtain spending for all state agencies in broad spending categories for a particular period of time.
- Simply select the time period you wish to view from the drop down list, and
- Hit the 'Search' button to begin your search
Once you obtain your results, click on a spending category to view a breakdown of what each state agency spent on that particular category for that time period.

To Sort Columns
Left click on any column heading one time and the column will sort in descending order; left click the column heading again and the column will sort in ascending order.
